Hi all! It’s getting colder and colder as we get into the Fall season here in Boston. That means soon everyone will be bundled and swathed in puffy coats, scarves, and sweaters. Cold weather dressing can be a bit…boring (colorful xmas sweaters aside) to put it bluntly. Instead of sacrificing fashion for warmth, however, cold weather season is the perfect time to break out some serious jewelry. Today’s post covers some ways and places to score great jewelry at even better prices.
Let’s talk about one of the beauty world’s best kept secrets.
Costco.
There are some incredible deals to be gotten at Costco. I’m not talking about the actual warehouses, but Costco.com. I’ve seen some high end brands at amazing prices. Guerlain Rouge G lipsticks, Chanel moisturizers, Becca highlighters, Bobbi Brown lipsticks, Smashbox contouring palettes. They switch out inventory periodically – and each time they manage to get great deals for their members.
The first time I tried yoga, I found it boring and pointless. Fast forward to 2016, I’ve been practicing regularly for almost two years. Like any other sport, yoga can be many things. Who wants to go to a tailor every time they buy a new piece of clothing? Not me, that’s for sure. As a petite gal, being able to find into a piece of clothing off-the-rack is somewhat rare, but still doable. Here is my comprehensive, ultimate guide of tried and true brands for petites.
Mornin’ Monday readers! Fendi’s been getting a lotta love recently with their monsters, furry keychains and embellished handbags. It’s no surprise coming from a fashion powerhouse that has a long history of hits and loyal fans. Today’s post goes back in time to showcase some of these vintage hits: spotlight please, the Fendi pequin!
Over here, there are still some warmer days of fall left – days when one can put on a romper and pretend that summer is still going strong. The leaves haven’t changed color yet – in fact everything is still bright and green – so it’s still summer right? We haven’t even changed the clocks yet for Daylight Savings – that’s when you know winter is coming. This lipstick print romper DVF dress, that I got for a total steal at T.J. Maxx, reminds me of the YSL lipstick print wrap dress that was so popular a while back.
