Even though holiday shopping seems to start earlier and earlier every year, there’s always something to pick up last minute ^.~
Here’s the first of a new series dedicated to our favorite picks of the week.
Hi all~ Summer may be the best season imho but it goes by so fast! We’re finally settling back into a semi-normal routine after much traveling (check out our insta for pics from our most recent SoCal trip) which means a fall fashion post is long past due 😀
Without further ado, here are our recommendations for 5 easy pieces that encapsulate fall.
We’ve been lurkers of fashion blogs long before we ever decided to start our own. Every year, hundreds of new blogs seem to pop up, and it can be hard to sort through them all. Over the years, we’ve seen many fashion bloggers come and go, but here are some old favorites that have stuck around and new fashion ingenues to follow right now.
Of course, no gift guide would be complete without a list of gifts for the men in our lives. Think of this as the part 2 to our previous holiday guide to gifts for women, which you can find here. We’ve scoured the internet for the best gifts at a range for prices to please even the pickiest of men this year – whether it’s for the man who has everything or, conversely, the man who doesn’t know what he wants. Both are equally impossible to shop for, but hopefully there will be something for him on our list!
Holiday season – merry & bright & extremely stressful. There’s parties to coordinate, dinners to plan, presents to wrap, and, of course, the company of loved ones to enjoy. In honor of the approaching holidays, we’ve compiled a holiday gift guide for the women in your life (or for yourself – we won’t tell!). We’ve chosen gifts at all kinds of price points and places – these are the ones we secretly, or not so secretly, hope to find under the tree ourselves. Hopefully our little guide will help make the holidays a little more fun by giving you some new ideas for gifts if you are feeling stuck.
Smokey eyes are sort of like the LBD of makeup looks, yet still mystifying to do on oneself. I know I’ve struggled with creating smokey eyes for years, but being able to watch tutorials on Youtube changed the game for me. Being able to see makeup artists actually create smokey eyes on their models helped me immensely when learning how to apply the same to my own eyes. Here are my top five Youtube tutorials that I return to quite frequently to brush up on my skills.
